Personal training is a great way to start. They have the expertise to ensure that you are at the right exercise level and that the technique is performed correctly. The motivational aspect is an additional plus! Even during the rainy season or if you just want to stay in bed.
Group classes in your gym, such as pump class, Zuu, cycling, Zumba, etc are another great source to keep your motivation pumping. Bring your friend along to cheer you on or to sweat with you. If you are a first timer, there are group instructors that will keep you on your toes and correct your technique if need be.
