W.T.F. Aka Workout To Five
The design of the new Australian $5 note has been released! The Queen poses next to six Prickly Moses wattles and a native Australian bird, the Eastern Spinebill. Are you liking it?! Although many of amateur and professional designers have developed their own $5 note proposal, you will be using this note to buy your milk and bread.
The new banknote will be circulated after winter 2016. In celebration of this new $5 note, an Australian workout has been created.
Take off your shoes and socks, and slap on sunscreen. In great Aussie style the W.T.F. gym setting is on the beach! The beach maximises your training by adding an unstable base, i.e. the sand. Exercising on the sand burns almost twice as many calories than that on a firm surface as published in the Journal of Strength Conditioning and Resistance.
